DOGMA (WHAT WE BELIEVE IN)

Poo Promotions does not put on gigs for racist, fascist bands or popstars, plonkers or twats.
Mostly punk/hardcore/metal bands is what I put on, but I will put on (almost) anyone if they are none of the above and are not looking for silly amounts of money/guarantees. I once had a professional jazz band playing.
I don’t do this to make money, as there is none to be made anyway.
Expenses are paid, bands are paid, fed and housed.
Basically I do it to have fun and put on gigs that I would want to go to, bands that would be ignored by the established music venues in this area, but that there are a lot of people wanting to see, instead of the bland, barely alive dross we are expected to accept (at said established music venues).

Vive le punk rock!!!! Punk belongs to the punks, not the businessmen.
Grow for peace, dig for freedom!! Believe yourself, strength in your own head.
